Dr. Rakvi S.

Rakvi is a PhD in Mathematics from Cornell University in 2021, with research focusing on algebraic number theory, arithmetic geometry, and algebraic geometry from both theoretical and computational perspectives.

She has a vast experience as a university lecturer on topics such as Abstract Algebra, Advanced Linear Algebra and Number Theory.

Beyond her pure mathematics research, at Zaiku Group, Rakvi is working on generalising the construction of area-preserving maps from a cube to a sphere with applications to quantum embeddings, inspiring from a concept initially detailed in Rosca and Plonka's work, "Uniform Spherical Grids via Equal Area Projection from the Cube to the Sphere".

Dr. Max Arnott

Max specialises in Functional Analysis and completed his PhD at Lancaster University, focusing on bounded operators on Banach spaces.

He leads the development of advanced mathematical methods for the classical-to-quantum data encoding framework, with a particular emphasis on quantum machine learning. His recent work includes classical-to-quantum data encoding for biomedical applications such as DNA sequences and medical imaging, as well as designing quantum state preparation algorithms tailored for biomedical use.

Max is actively interested in the mathematical foundations and the application of Neural Operators in biomedical imaging.
